• The Service provides AI-generated short fiction, free of charge.
• Anyone may use it; no account is required.
• Content may be added, changed, or removed without prior notice.

• Every story is automatically generated by AI (large language models).
• The content is fiction and unrelated to any real person, organization, or event.
• AI generation may occasionally produce unintended inappropriate wording; it is corrected or removed when found.

• Copyright in AI-generated content follows the interpretation of current law.
• The Service's design, logo, and the "ficta" brand belong to the operator.
• Personal, non-commercial sharing is permitted with attribution (ficta.dev).
• Commercial use requires prior inquiry.

• The Service is provided "as-is", with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.
• The operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
• The Service may be suspended or terminated without notice.

• Automated bulk collection (scraping) of the Service
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Publishing the content as your own work
